The top of the hill is the border between Riya and the neighboring village, Zeveon. The hill is mainly grass, with a few trees, and a couple houses. But only the richest live there; Mayor Taut, an uptight rabbit, skinny and rude, lives there in his huge manor. The hill is a great view of the dock, and it is a wonderful scenery with wild flowers and shrubs.
